Shipping policy

At Nature Pets & Aquariums we ship our products via the method of your choosing, with the cost depending on size and weight.

Heavy items, long distance or remote areas may attract an additional fee and we will notify you prior to dispatch if this is the case. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday subject to the items availability. Shipping times are estimated based on the shipping you chose at checkout. The courier services we use are expected to deliver parcels on time but delays do happen and this is out of our control. 

Free Shipping is available for most orders over a value of $150. This excludes heavy or bulky items, Terrariums, Aquariums and Furniture. We do however offer Local Delivery for an additional cost which includes us unloading the aquarium or terrarium off the truck and onto your property or into you garage. We are unable to bring it into your home. If you require installation please contact us for a quote.  

We are unable to ship Frozen Food at this time. 

We ship most products via Australia Post. These items must be below 105cm and/or 22kg (including packaging). Products over these limits are booked through a separate courier service of our choice and unfortunately may not be the option you chose at checkout.

In the rare case of Australia Post loosing, damaging or delivering your parcel in an unreasonable time please let us know and we will guide you on how to get compensated by Australia Post. 

All orders are authority to leave unless otherwise requested. If you request a signature upon delivery and no one is home to sign for it, you will incur a re-delivery fee of $10 to be paid prior to re-delivery.

Some products may be out of stock at the time of purchase. These products are identified by the notice under the add to cart button. This means they are either on order or can be ordered in from the supplier. We will notify you with an estimated time of arrival and ship your entire order via the shipping method you chose at checkout once the product arrives.  

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to all States and Territories within Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders via our online store. For international orders feel free to ring +613 9898-8432 between the hours of 10am-6pm.
